COME App Login and Registration Guide

A practical COME App login and registration guide covering OTP, KYC preparation, account recovery, device changes, and account security.

The COME login journey has three distinct stages: creating an account, verifying the mobile number, and completing any identity checks required before particular wallet actions. Keeping those stages separate makes troubleshooting easier. This guide covers the normal flow, what to prepare, how to recognise a fake support request, and what to do when an OTP or password does not arrive.

How COME registration works

Open the app from a trusted installation and choose the registration option. Use a mobile number that you control, enter the OTP only in the app, and create credentials that you do not reuse on another service. Check the spelling of your name and date of birth before submitting any KYC information because mismatches can delay verification.

An account is not the same as a verified wallet. The app may limit deposits, contests, or withdrawals until the required checks are complete. Read the current in-app explanation rather than relying on an old screenshot or a message from another user.

OTP and login troubleshooting

If an OTP is late, wait for the resend timer, confirm signal coverage, and check that the SIM is active in the phone. Repeatedly requesting codes can invalidate earlier codes. Never give an OTP to a caller who claims to be support; legitimate support does not need your one-time code to log you in.

For a forgotten password or locked account, use the recovery option inside the app. Avoid downloading a second APK offered by a stranger as a supposed login fix. That can expose both your credentials and wallet information.

  • Check the registered number and country code.
  • Use the newest OTP only.
  • Do not paste codes into chat or screen-sharing tools.
  • Update the app only from the known download source.

KYC preparation

Keep your own identity documents ready and submit them only through the secure in-app flow. Names, dates, and document numbers should match the information on the account. Do not send PAN images, selfies, or bank details to a Telegram, WhatsApp, or social-media account claiming to be support.

Verification timing can vary with document quality, demand, and additional checks. A pending review is not a reason to create duplicate accounts or pay a third party to unlock the account.

Changing phones or numbers

Before changing devices, make sure you can receive messages on the registered number and sign out of the old phone where possible. A new device may trigger an additional security check. If your number is lost or recycled, contact in-app Help using the recovery path and provide only the information requested inside that support flow.

Do not use a friend's account, buy a pre-verified account, or maintain multiple accounts to work around a restriction. Those shortcuts can create ownership and withdrawal problems.

Account security routine

Use a device lock, keep Android updated, and review active sessions or app permissions when the app provides those controls. Set a deposit and session limit before you start. Real support will not ask for your UPI PIN, card PIN, remote-control access, or a fee sent to a personal wallet.

FAQ

Common questions

Clear answers before you download, register, or enter a contest.

What should I do if my COME login OTP does not arrive?

Check the registered number, signal, and resend timer. Request the newest code once, then use the in-app recovery or Help flow if delivery still fails. Never share an OTP with anyone.

Can I send my PAN or OTP to COME support on Telegram?

No. Do not send OTPs, PINs, or KYC documents to social accounts. Use the support path inside the app and follow its identity-verification instructions.

Why can a withdrawal require KYC?

Wallet and withdrawal actions may require identity and payment checks. The exact requirements and timing should be taken from the current in-app terms and verification screen.
