How to reach the real COME team

There's only one way. Read this before you trust any other channel.

Real COME support responds through the in-app Help section — Profile → Help, inside the app. That's it. We do not have a public support email, a customer-care phone number, or a WhatsApp business line. We made that call on purpose, and here's why:

Dozens of fake "COME support" channels exist on Telegram, WhatsApp, and random websites. They look legitimate. They use our logo. They ask for your 6-digit PIN or your KYC documents, and then they drain your wallet. Pinning all real contact to the in-app Help section means there's exactly one door, and it's a door you can only reach by being logged into the actual app.

The only channel

In-app Help — how to actually reach us

  1. Open the COME App and log in with your mobile number and PIN.
  2. Tap your profile icon (top-left or top-right depending on your screen size).
  3. Choose Help.
  4. Pick the category that matches your issue — Deposit, Withdrawal, KYC, Account, Bonus, or Other.
  5. Start a chat. A live agent is on duty 24/7. Average first-response time is under 5 minutes during peak hours, under 2 minutes overnight.

You can also attach screenshots from inside the chat window — useful for KYC document problems or failed-deposit issues. Agents will never ask for your 6-digit PIN or your bank password. Anyone who does isn't us.

Read this before you trust anyone

Channels we don't use (and you shouldn't trust)

No public email

Anyone claiming to be "[email protected]" or similar is running a scam. Real support doesn't use consumer email providers.

No WhatsApp / Telegram support

We're not on WhatsApp Business. We're not running a Telegram channel that DMs you. Any number saved as "COME support" in your contacts is fake.

No customer-care phone number

We don't publish a phone number because every fake APK sets up a fake IVR. The only voice channel is the in-app Help chat.

No "verification fees"

Anyone who asks you to pay a fee to "unlock" a withdrawal, upgrade your account, or verify KYC faster is stealing from you. KYC is free. Withdrawals are free. Always.

Common issues

Three things people ask us most

I deposited money but it hasn't shown up.

UPI and IMPS deposits are usually instant; IMPS can take 2 minutes. If it's been longer than 10 minutes, open the in-app Help section and start a chat with a live agent. They'll see the transaction in real time.

My withdrawal is stuck / pending.

Most withdrawals settle in 2-5 minutes during business hours. Pending longer than 30 minutes? Open in-app Help with your withdrawal reference number ready.

I think I installed a fake APK.

Uninstall it. If you entered bank or KYC details on a fake site, file a complaint at cybercrime.gov.in or call 1930 (the Indian government cyber fraud helpline). Then reinstall the real APK from comecomeapk.com.

Reporting fraud

If you've lost money to a fake COME APK, a phishing site, or an impersonator — please report it. The Indian Cyber Crime portal takes online complaints and the helpline is staffed 24/7.
